We provide geo-redundant VoIP services to Australian Businesses and Residential customers offering Business Grade Cloud PBX solution, SIP Trunking terminations, competitive Australian Residential VoIP services, and international VoIP calls. Both Australian and international DID numbers can be linked to Cloud PBX or SIP trunks, and failover forwarding is supported in case trunks get unregistered.
           We work with full fulfilment of Australian Standards; our customers are protected under Telecommunication Consumers Protection (TCP) Code C628:2015.  Our VoIP soft switch, billing system, business Cloud PBX servers are resides in two independent datacenters: Melbourne NEXTDC and Melbourne EQUINIX ME1 under constant 24/7 support and redundancy for unlikely case one of datacenters failed.
