1994 and located in Yixing Environmental Protection Science and
Technology Industrial Park,National High Tech Development
Zone,China.It is mainly engaged in the production and sales of
3-robe roots blowers,rotary blowers,screw blowers,air suspension
centrifugal blower,magnetic centrifugal blower,gear speed
single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower,multi-stage centrifugal
blower,fiberglass blowers,stainless steel blowers,vacuum
pumps,water pumps and other products.The products are widely used
in environmental protection water treatment,building materials
cement,chemical industry,electric power
petroleum,steel,metallurgy,mining,printing and dyeing, grain
transportation ,new energy and new materials and other
industries.The products are sold all over the country,and exported
to many countries and regions.At present,the company has
established an annual production and sales scale of over 30000
units(sets) of various type of blowers and pumps.

FUNCTION: The equipment shown in the picture is primarily used for machining
core mechanical components such as Roots blowers and rotary
blowers.Cylinder blocks and end covers for the BK series three-lobe
Roots blowers and main components for the HC-S series low-noise
rotary blowers.
2, WORKSHOP NAME:MACHINEING CENTER
FUNCTION: This type of equipment primarily uses computer programs to control
cutting tools moving along multiple axes, layer by layer removing
excess metal from the raw workpiece (blank) to achieve the final
dimensions and precision requirements.
3,WORKSHOP NAME: 5-AXIS VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER
FUNCTION: Five-axis simultaneous machining, one‑setup completion: This is
its most core advantage. Through the simultaneous coordinated
motion of five axes (the three linear axes X/Y/Z plus two rotary
axes), it can complete multiple operations such as turning,
milling, and drilling on an impeller in a single clamping. This
eliminates positioning errors caused by multiple setups, which is
the fundamental basis for ensuring high precision in impeller
machining.

FUNCTION: A dedicated area where products are inspected for functionality,
performance, and durability to ensure they meet quality standards
before leaving the factory.

Customer Project----The Ecuador Sewage
The stable and low-noise performance of the B-Tohin fan has earned
high praise from property owners.
Recently, the complete set of B-TOHIN three-lobe Roots blowers was
successfully put into operation in a mountainous wastewater
treatment project in Ecuador. Located in a tropical rainforest, the
equipment requires uninterrupted aeration for sedimentation tanks
throughout the year.
By optimizing the three-lobed rotor structure and adopting a
dual-layer noise reduction design, the unit delivers stable air
pressure and minimal vibration under full-load operation, with
outstanding noise performance, perfectly adapting to the local
high-temperature and high-humidity complex environment. After
multiple rounds of on-site testing by foreign engineers, all
operational data met standards. Its stable and low-noise advantages
effectively resolved the past issues of high equipment failure
rates and noise disturbances, earning high recognition from the
project stakeholders.
The successful implementation of this project marks another
landmark case for B-TOHIN's domestic fan exports to Latin America,
showcasing the robust technical capabilities of Made-in-China in
the field of environmental aeration equipment.
