The manufacture of silicone rubber insulators mainly includes crimping fittings and injection rubber shells. In the process of crimping, our company adopts a number of monitoring and crimping technologies to effectively prevent the insulator core rod and joint from being pulled or broken. In the silicone rubber molding process, our company adopts the whole injection molding high temperature vulcanization process, and adopts the RTV end double seal, which effectively reduces the risk of rainwater infiltration into the insulator end interface.

Our silicone rubber and accessories, silicone rubber and rod bonding using different bonding processes.When crimping accessories on glass fiber rods, our company adopts patented ultrasonic sensing system and PC-controlled crimping equipment and process. If the glass fiber is abnormal during the crimping process, the system will automatically alarm, effectively avoiding the problem that is difficult to find when the glass fiber rod breaks inside the accessory. The PC-controlled crimping system has a pre-crimping function to eliminate the gap between metal fittings and glass fiber rods by pre-tightening pressure, so that the gap tolerance of the same batch of products is close. Thus, the consistency and stability of the tensile strength of the same batch of products are improved, and the disconnection accident caused by falling off is avoided.
