1．Product Overview

Waterproof corrugated steel roofing sheets are designed for roofing and wall cladding applications that require weather resistance, surface durability, and stable appearance.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal, combined with an organic color coating system. The corrugated profile helps improve roof drainage and sheet rigidity, while the coated surface provides color consistency and outdoor protection for building projects.

The sheet is produced from galvalume steel substrate with AZ coating from 50–180g/m². After coating, the material is roll formed into corrugated roofing profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing applications, SMP is used for improved weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
