Product Description

Extrusion and dehydration of sludge is carried out via strong force resulting from the change of spiral spindle diameter and screw pitch, as well as tiny gap between float ring and fixing ring. Sludge is concentrated by gravity at concentration system before transfered to dehydration system. During delivery, filtration gap and screw pitch get smaller, and internal pressure is produced with resistance of back pressure plate and volume is reduced, thus realizing extrusion and dehydration.
