30L ZM-T Vibration Ball Mill Laboratory Disc Mill for Electronics Industry with Light Weight and Small Size

The vibration mill features a ball milling chamber fixed with the lower vibration mechanism. The vibration motor drives two adjustable eccentric blocks to rotate, causing the cylinder to vibrate and forcing the grinding medium and material to vibrate at high frequency. This process subjects the material to strong impact, friction, and shearing actions that effectively crush it.

Fine particles re-enter the ball milling chamber through the peristaltic pump via the screen bar at the lower part of the grinding chamber, while coarse particles remain in the grinding chamber to continue ball milling. The machine features mature structural and process configurations and is widely used in electronics, ceramics, chemical industry, powder metal, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials, and high-frequency ceramic materials in the radio industry.

Special Options: Cylinder lining options include stainless steel, ceramic (alumina), zirconia, ceramic tile, nylon, Teflon, food-grade rubber, or polyurethane liners.
