This cutting machine is capable of embossing on all four sides and cutting various types of toilet and laundry soaps with fast, precise performance. For high‑volume production lines, a dual‑rail configuration enables simultaneous cutting and embossing of two soap bars.

The control system integrates world‑renowned brand components—including a PLC, touch screen, servo drive, and encoder—alongside a cam mechanism, ensuring reliable and accurate operation.

Primarily designed for transparent soap and extruded soap bars emerging from the soap plodder, the machine performs continuous, automatic roll printing, block cutting, and shaping. An electronic cursor tracking system and programmable settings allow the operator to cut any desired size or weight of transparent soap; after configuration, the advancing soap bar drives the process. Finished soap weight accuracy is ±1 g. The machine correctly embosses the brand or pattern onto the center of each piece. Resulting cuts are vertical and parallel, giving the soap a clean, attractive appearance at high speed. Cutting output and speed depend on the soap plodder.

In laundry soap applications, the cutting machine can incorporate a full rolling printing assembly at its front section, allowing embossing and cutting to occur simultaneously, thus delivering finished soap directly to downstream packaging.
