Installed between the burner assembly and the heat exchanger, the Thermal Insulation Pad plays a vital role in modern full premix gas boilers. It prevents combustion gas leakage, provides excellent heat insulation, minimizes vibration, and protects surrounding boiler components from thermal damage. Proper insulation helps ensure reliable performance and reduces maintenance costs.
