materials such as 40Cr alloy steel, tungsten carbide alloy,
high-speed steel and cemented carbide. The raw materials feature

resistance.
Each product goes through multiple precise manufacturing processes:
integral quenching and tempering heat treatment, precision finish
turning, high-precision cylindrical grinding, straightening
correction and dynamic balance calibration. These procedures
completely eliminate internal material stress and prevent bending,
chatter and deflection during long-hour machining.
The boring bars boast superior overall straightness, precise
concentricity and excellent surface finish. No tool chatter or
vibration occurs during deep hole machining, effectively
eliminating processing defects such as internal hole ripples, taper
and inconsistent bore size deviation.
