Working Principle
The 200KW energy-saving motor drives the φ1200*1400mm rotor to run
efficiently at 1000r/min. Small and medium-sized materials such as
lump coal, small-grained limestone and shale within 100mm are fed
into the compact crushing cavity. Through high-speed reversible
hammer impact and fine grinding, bulk materials are quickly
refined. The bidirectional rotation function realizes full
utilization of hammer head double sides, avoiding energy waste and
wear loss caused by unilateral operation. The optimized small
cavity structure has no material dead angles, effectively
preventing material blocking. After circulating crushing, materials
are uniformly refined to 3-6mm fine particles and discharged
smoothly. The low-power high-efficiency parameter design ensures
