Working Principle
The dual rotors are driven by independent power units to rotate
oppositely at a stable speed, forming a closed flexible crushing
cavity. After high-humidity and sticky materials enter the cavity,
they are subjected to dual-rotor high-speed impact, shear crushing
and mutual material collision crushing. Different from traditional
screen-type crushers that rely on grate plates for filtering and
discharging, the no-screen bottom structure cancels the bottom
barrier, and qualified fine materials are discharged smoothly by
gravity after crushing. For sticky and wet materials that are easy
to adhere, the dual-rotor alternating impact mode continuously
