The DCL-Ex05 explosion-proof electric actuator features an adjustable rotation angle of up to 360°, making it ideal for applications in hazardous areas where explosive gases such as ethylene and ethanol may be present.

To ensure reliable explosion-proof performance, every actuator housing cover is precisely machined to meet strict UL flame-path requirements, including critical flame-proof gap and length specifications at the cylinder-stop connection surface. With a strong focus on manufacturing quality, DCL applies internal machining tolerances that are even stricter than UL requirements and performs comprehensive inspection on every housing body and cover before assembly.

The actuator is equipped with a specially designed fully enclosed, non-ventilated motor that provides high starting torque and reliable operation. Despite its compact structure, advanced thermal management technology effectively controls internal temperature rise during continuous operation, ensuring the external surface temperature remains below 135°C (275°F) to prevent ignition risks in explosive environments.
