4. Standard Installation Manual & Installation Process
- Pre-installation Preparation Before construction, complete on-site measurement, leveling and
ground condition inspection. Confirm the ground flatness, ground
bearing capacity, building inner span and height size to ensure
compliance with construction design drawings. Check all incoming
steel components, including columns, main beams, secondary beams,
floor decks, bracings, guardrails, stairs and high-strength bolts,
verify component integrity, size accuracy and anti-corrosion
surface quality, and sort and number all accessories for orderly
installation.
- Column Positioning and Vertical Installation According to the drawing positioning line, fix the base plates and
install vertical support steel columns. Adjust the verticality and
horizontal level of each column strictly to ensure no inclination
or offset. Fasten anchor bolts and base fixing parts firmly to
ensure the overall vertical stability of the entire mezzanine
frame, which is the key foundation for subsequent beam assembly and
load-bearing safety.
- Main Beam and Secondary Beam Assembly Install the main bearing beams between adjacent columns, fix them
with high-strength bolts, and perform horizontal calibration. After
the main frame is stabilized, arrange and install secondary beams
according to the designed spacing to form a complete and dense grid
force-bearing system. Ensure all bolt connections are fully
tightened, no missing installation or loose connection, and
guarantee the overall flatness and structural integrity of the
frame.
- Bracing System Reinforcement Install horizontal bracings and diagonal tension supports at the
specified positions of the mezzanine frame to strengthen the
overall lateral rigidity of the steel structure. The bracing system

mezzanine to meet industrial safety standards.
- Stair Assembly and Overall Commissioning Install standardized steel stairs, handrails and transition
platforms to ensure smooth access and safe walking. Finally,
conduct overall horizontal calibration, bolt secondary tightening,
overall structural inspection and safety test. Check all connection
points, flatness indicators and structural stability, clean the
construction site, and complete the final acceptance and delivery.
