Sensors inside the turnstile separately count entry and exit numbers , accurately calculating the real time number of people inside the venue and the remaining capacity . When the number reaches a preset threshold , an automatic alarm is triggered to prevent overcrowding . The system features a dynamic flow limiting mechanism : it can be set with a precise “ one out , one in ” rotation logic , or directly close the entry lanes and switch to one way exit mode , ensuring safe and controllable flow . The device has built in fault self diagnosis and alarm functions for easy maintenance . The operating status can be programmed on site via the built in keypad on the main control board .
