How color loop induction works:

The basic working principle of color loop induction is based on Faraday's a type of electromagnetic induction coil, which means that when an electric current passes through the coil of an inductor, it creates a magnetic field around it. Due to the change in the magnetic field, the inductor blocks the change in current, thus acting as a current smoother. The warning controls this blocking action through its warning value (determined by the number of turns in the winding and the geometry of the coil).
